Warranty Policy

All products sold by CARIFY come with warranty coverage only for manufacturer defects and do not cover damages arising from misuse, wear and tear, improper installation by unauthorised third parties, accidents or external factors beyond our control.

Warranty coverage begins from the date of installation. Specific warranty periods for each product are as follows:

Android Player Head Unit – 1 Year Warranty

Steering Wheel – 1 Year Warranty

Ambient Lighting – 1 Year Warranty

During this period, if any manufacturer-related defect arises, CARIFY will provide the necessary support, repairs, or replacement as deemed appropriate.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and must be verified by CARIFY. CARIFY reserves the right to determine if an issue falls under warranty coverage. Any modification, tampering or repairs made to the product outside of our authorised service will void the warranty.
