What happens after I place my order?

Once you've placed your order:

  1. We'll contact you within 1 business day to verify your vehicle details.
  2. You'll send us a photo of your original screen and console.
  3. Our team will identify the exact factory system and confirm the correct Android Player configuration.
  4. We'll prepare your unit and arrange your installation.

You don't need to work out the technical configuration yourself — we'll take care of compatibility for you after your order.

 

The estimated lead time is 10–15 business days.

What if I'm not sure which system I have?

That's completely fine. You don't need to know which system you have in order to place your order.

 

The identification photos above are provided as a reference only. After ordering, our team will verify your exact system from a photo of your original screen and console before preparing your unit.

What if the Android Player cannot be fitted to my vehicle?

This is rare. We support a wide range of vehicle models and factory systems, and compatibility is verified before your unit is prepared.

 

If we confirm that we're unable to provide a compatible configuration for your vehicle, we'll contact you and arrange a full refund within 1 business day.

 

This means you can place your order without worrying about selecting the wrong technical configuration yourself.

How long does installation take?

Most Android Player installations take around 2 hours, and you can usually collect your vehicle on the same day.

 

You can leave your car with us during the installation and return once it's ready. If your vehicle requires any additional work that may take longer than usual, our team will let you know in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Is the Android Player covered by warranty?

Yes. Your Android Player comes with a 1-year warranty and direct after-sales support from the Carify team.
