What if I already have a specific design in mind or don’t see the options I want?

No problem — our preset options are just a starting point. Send us a reference photo or your preferred design and we can custom manufacture the steering wheel to match. From materials and colours to stitching, carbon finishes and other details, almost anything can be customised to create the look you want.

What if the steering wheel cannot be fitted to my vehicle?

This is rare. We support a wide range of vehicle models and compatibility is verified before your unit is prepared.

 

If we confirm that we're unable to provide a compatible configuration for your vehicle, we'll contact you and arrange a full refund within 1 business day.

Will all the buttons and functions on my new steering wheel work?

Your new steering wheel will support the functions already available in your original vehicle. For example, if your car does not originally have cruise control, adding a steering wheel with cruise control buttons will not automatically enable the feature.

 

Some additional functions may be possible through coding or vehicle-specific upgrades. Send us your car model and desired feature, and we’ll check compatibility and provide a quote.

How long does it take to make my custom steering wheel?

As each steering wheel is custom manufactured to your selected specifications, please allow approximately 15–20 business days for production. We’ll keep you updated once your steering wheel is ready for installation.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you've placed your order:

  1. We'll contact you within 1 business day to verify your vehicle details.
  2. You'll send us a photo of your original steering wheel.
  3. Our team will confirm compatibility.
  4. We'll prepare your unit and arrange your installation.

How long does installation take?

Most Steering Wheel installations take around 1 hour, and you can usually collect your vehicle on the same day.

 

You can leave your car with us during the installation and return once it's ready. If your vehicle requires any additional work that may take longer than usual, our team will let you know in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Is the steering Wwheel covered by warranty?

Yes. Your Steering Wheel comes with a 1-year warranty and direct after-sales support from the Carify team.
